Rakcoon Outdoor Services wasn’t built from a blueprint — it was built from experience, discipline, and real work.

Before launching The Bin Den in 2023, our foundation was already being laid. Our founder spent five years in the Laborers Union, gaining hands-on experience in demanding environments where showing up, working hard, and getting the job done right wasn’t optional — it was expected. That was followed by two years as an Assistant Manager at U-Haul, where logistics, customer service, and operational structure became part of the skillset.

On the other side of the operation, Gina — an Army Veteran — brings a different level of discipline and perspective. She is a graduate of Minot State University, where she studied law, and went on to serve as a Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Officer for the Standing Rock Reservation. Her background brings structure, accountability, and a deep understanding of responsibility to everything we do.

Retail gave us structure.
Field work gave us purpose.

Rakcoon Outdoor Services was built out of necessity, vision, and a commitment to hands-on work. We believe in movement, discipline, and doing things right the first time. We’re not built to sit behind desks — we’re built to step into problems and solve them.

The raccoon isn’t just a logo. It represents adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in environments others avoid.

That mindset is the foundation of Rakcoon Hustle — a family built on camaraderie, vision, integrity, and hard work. Those principles guide everything we do, on and off the job site.
